Housing is the foundation of a strong, thriving community. I believe Mississauga needs a complete housing strategy that supports people at every stage of life. That means investing in Public and Cooperative housing, encouraging innovative Rent-to-Own programs, and expanding opportunities for Mortgage Assumption to help more residents achieve homeownership. Independent research shows that investing in public housing returns nearly $2.80 for every $1 invested, reducing homelessness, easing pressure on hospitals and emergency services, creating jobs, and strengthening our local economy. As your Councillor, I will champion practical, fiscally responsible housing solutions that increase affordability, build stronger neighbourhoods, and give more families the opportunity to live, work, and build their future in Mississauga.
